AUSTRALIAN VACCINATION NUMBERS: * There have been 55,223,539 vaccine doses administered in the national COVID-19 rollout up to Monday, including 74,424 recorded in the previous 24 hours. * Of that total, 34,818,707 have been administered by commonwealth facilities, an increase of 53,788 in the previous 24 hours. * State and territory facilities have administered 20,404,832 vaccines, an increase of 20,636 in the previous 24 hours. * 96.55 per cent of people aged 16 and over have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 94.75 per cent are double vaccinated. * A total of 12,249,384 people have received more than two doses – with a booster or top-up shot – an increase of 39,418 in the previous 24 hours. AUSTRALIAN CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS: * 33,952 new cases: 10,689 in NSW, 7460 in Victoria, 5589 in Queensland, 5377 in Western Australia, 2380 in South Australia, 1376 in Tasmania, 786 in the ACT and 295 in the Northern Territory. * The national death toll is 5615 (+24) : NSW 1987 (+6), Victoria 2649 (+4) , Queensland 634 (+10), South Australia 225 (+3), ACT 38 (+1), NT 31, Tasmania 26 and WA 13. (Two Queensland residents who died in NSW have been included in the official tolls of both states).
